As a senior consultant and project manager in the field of Civil Protection & Protective security, Chris is an experienced programme manager for capability and capacity building in the Emergency services and Senior adviser to UK government on protective securityand Critical National Infrastructure.

Chris is a senior training expert in civil protection, disaster response and a project member of numerous European Union research projects covering such capabilities ad terrorism attacks on Hospitals, risk and emergency assessment, tools and Systems working with "the Prevention, Preparedness and Consequences Management of Terrorism and other Security related Risks Programme"

Working through the Network, Chris can help with:

  • Deploying expertise in the EU's Civil Protection Mechanism.
  • Disaster Prevention Preparedness and Response
